Today my pacing #ME/CFS includes running my 2 vacuum Roombas on the main floor followed by running the mopping Robot. I did plenty of sit-to-stand when the Roomba got stuck but less spoons than pushing a vacuum.

Bought new bras. 1 from a Chinese company. One from a Canadian company PENN (Penningtons) Canadian-designed/merchandised based in Toronto & Montreal.(likely made overseas). Ordered same size after using size charts. Canadian bras fit perfectly. Chinese one will be returned. Couldn't get into it.

I was cast down today with severe fatigue. #ME/CFS. But my sacred calling while resting was to pray for God to end the Trump regime. I asked God why it is going on so long. I also prayed the Putin regime would end. Anyone with critical thinking knows neither of these regimes are godly or good.

#ME/CFS Poor air quality (forest fire smoke) on top of PEM, jaw pain, poor sleep, & adrenal overdrive? No wonder my body is calling for stillness. Fine particulates from wildfire smoke can trigger a low-level immune response, which in CFS/ME can amplify fatigue, brain fog, and aches.

That dental appt wasn't “nothing” for this #ME/CFS person. Jaw pain 4 days means my body is still in recovery, drat! Seems, my system got hit hard. Rested Tues, but Wed. weeded a garden in the heat. The weeding was a win, but my body hasn’t caught up yet. Another pain day today. Plans cancelled.

Yesterday was dentist fillings. Thought I was doing well. Today, PEM hit. #ME/CFS. Was a bed day from 1 to 6 pm. Took me a min to recall what might have caused it. All over pain, esp. jaw, fatigue like I'd taken a sleeping pill. Tensed up at dentist for 45 min. was the cause.

Two silver fillings drilled out today, replaced with white. They were old and leaking--look that one up for interest. I maintained composure by counting and envisioning a clock face. Yes, it's traumatic to go through with almost gagging! But it's done now and just need the ache to finish. #Dentist
