Provided they divide up the ground floor retail into reasonably sized units! I think since it's easier to rent to one corporate tenant that often the developers don't want to bother with small retail.
(They better keep Bulk Barn though, I don't want to go to the peninsula for bulk)

this popped up for me again and I just realized there's another layer to it: it's only a massive advantage to be in an office at the beginning of your career if the seniors you learn from are ALSO in the office. now it's complicated!
