With the exception of Sweden, infant mortality when Jimmy Carter was born was higher in every country on Earth than it currently is in any country on Earth.
Sweden, by far the global leader in 1924, was at roughly the level of Sierra Leone today, but lower than present-day Afghanistan.

He was terribly overrated as a Minister but Whanauās been just as bad as Foster in terms of being officer-led and for those who arenāt Green voters sheās made herself personally unappealing by saying an doing dumb things.
