He's probably referring to the claim the 14A's adoption didn't conform to Article V because Congress forced Southern states to adopt it as a condition of readmission to the Union.
Of course, adoption of the Constitution itself violated the requirements for amending the Articles of Confederation 🤷♂️

By definition, an amendment cannot be unconstitutional. If you're arguing that the 14th Amendment contradicts your understanding of the pre-amendment constitution, you're arguing - at a minimum - that the constitution no longer has that meaning.

We have a President that announces military action on fucking social media and ends it with "Thank you for your attention to this matter". Seriously, fuck all the way off. This is serious stuff that requires an announcement from the Oval Office - oh yeah, and maybe Congressional approval too.
