The only redeeming grace for this guy is the possibility that he is suffering from CTE due to his previous employment. But no, he was mostly on the sidelines, so he is simply a rotten individual.

How absurd and disgusting. These people can't even walk on their own. And, if Congress doesn't take heed, Congress will be responsible for the death of tens of thousands, many who can't even get out of bed.
