After much brain battling made it over the road for a swift sticker hunt and a quest for a couple of curry ingredients... as I returned got a phone call from staff here and there was an electrician able to do the bulb this evening 🙏🌌

Been a frustrating day waiting for an electrician that never came to change a light bulb which noone has explained to me why I cant change myself, only to be told they're coming tomorrow now. Sad brain being a rotter but a shower in the dark has at least been managed 🚿

Sad brain been a rotter today going to try and distract it with some more crispy air fryer tofu experimentation, revisiting a recipe I tried previously with some tweaks I've used with the other recipe to see if it it adds more flavour... and cornflour vs ground arrowroot 🤞
