it MAY be doable directly in blender but genuinely no idea, ive only ever used substance painter for texture stuff... Blender's tools in that field are too limited

uhh doing it straight in blender would be way harder, i dont think it has any projection features for texture painting...
imo, easiest way would be going into the uv editor, select everything and in uv -> export uv layout, then use that as a guide in paint(dot)net or photoshop to place it
