and…., people without Medicaid will still need help, so the hospitals will try to make up the difference by increasing and passing costs to those of us with insurance. The government is passing the cost to the rest of us. Everybody needs medical insurance!

Us too! I forgot about the vest. Also, they were going to local ammo shops in California to buy their own bullets because the government-issued bullets they were giving the soldiers did not shoot straight.

My son-in-law was in the Marines and served a few tours in Iraq. I was shocked to learn that the government does NOT pay for a soldier’s food, their uniforms (even the required underwear). They deduct the money to cover those things from their paychecks.
