Bréguet 1100M was a light fighter derived from the 1001 'Taon' built for the French Navy, it was not equipped with a Bristol Orpheus turbojet like the Taon but with 2 Turbomeca Gabizo. It flew for the first time in 1957 but the Navy chose the Etendard IV for its aircraft carriers.
