If I had argued this case before the scotus I'd have screamed in roberts face...if you're a republican you can get whatever the hell you want from this court and to hell with the constitution.

I want to reiterate that countless conservative judges issued universal injunctions against the Biden administration, and the Supreme Court never halted the practice. Now, barely five months into Trump's second term, the court puts an end to these injunctions. A brazen double standard.

I've always voted the straight democrat party ticket 30+ yrs, the main reason being the SCOTUS. I knew roe, voting rights etc weren't safe with a conservative court. Now they've given him the right to send detainees to foreign lands without due process.

My son said something alarming. What if terrorists came into the country, wore quasi uniforms, hats, and masks, and wrote ICE on the back of their shirts? They would be allowed in everywhere.
