All day I have been waiting to hear the word “yellowcake”…

Really? I did not know that. Was it never in the animals there, or did the UK eradicate it somehow?

That grill, though. Girl, if you have any hopes to be a regular tv pundit, Invisalign is a good investment. All I could see was a drunk Mr. Ed.

Is there a call in number? I can't find it on the ND website

I wonder if this will come up at today's hearing? Noem admitted their true purpose, "to liberate California from the socialists". www.independent.co.uk/news/world/a...

But you don't live in Palo Alto California, where the median household income is $220k per year. They didn't buy for the house, it's a tear-down, they bought the land to build a much nicer house.

It's not for the house, it is a tear-down. It's for the land it sits on.

As an attorney practicing in the Nothern District of California, I can say with some certainty that the clerk would kick this document back if I filed it. There really should be no special favors.

Yes, documents would always normally get kick back for failing to include Tables of Contents and Authorities.

One time I had to file a document at the last minute, and my paralegal was out of the office on an emergency. When she got back and saw that I made a mistake on the hearing date, she lost her shit! Paralegals are perfectionists of a different order, and that's why we love them!
comment in response to post
And there are serious problems with the internal citations, and referenced exhibits and declarations are missing. Have they fired all the paralegals?

Why can't he just go to ruby red states and districts that are so concerned about immigrants and round them up under everyone's noses?!?!?!?!

...and reap all of the benefits of their labor, tax revenues, and their contributions to a peaceful society. And if an immigrant commits a crime, they can be tried and punished like any other criminal.

California's economy is strengthened by immigrants, the US shouldn't interfere with that. We want harmony and peace with our immigrant populations, the US shouldn't interfere with that. Trump doesn't want to pay federal funds to support immigrants, FINE. California will pay for them...

...we agree to take 100% responsibility for our immigrant population, including any educational, medical, administrative and welfare costs, on the condition that they are permitted to work here and pay taxes here, including the federal taxes they pay. California keeps the federal taxes generated.

@governor.ca.gov I have a pitch. This is costing California and the US a fortune. It must be thousands of dollars per detention completed. How about the feds go to states that really want a big migrant roundup and do their work there, and leave California alone, and in exchange....

Here’s my hot take. Men are confused as to why women like bad boys. They only get the asshole behavior, but don’t get the extreme charm and charisma that makes bad boys attractive in the first place.

@governor.ca.gov GET INTO FEDERAL COURT AND STOP THIS NOW, PROPERLY AND LEGALLY, BEFORE MARTIAL LAW IS DECLARED, AND BEFORE YOUR CITIZENS ARE HURT OR KILLED.

Those are the Epstein Files, not the phone book and flight manifests released years ago. They have it all, and the evidence clearly implicates enough people on both sides that mutually assured destruction prevents release. Enough that no one at the DOJ is safe to speak.
comment in response to post
The thing is, the DOJ already investigated, which led to Epstein’s arrest and charges, thus his “suicide”. They have searched all of his properties, and have all the videos, photos, and have interviewed all of the girls, including the one that filed a complaint on Trump and Epstein.

Seriously…I know what he’s talking about here. Married couple “discussing” the household budget. Wife points out the cost of owning and operating husband’s monster truck. Husband says he is going to blow up Wife’s car. That’s how “real men” do it, right?
comment in response to post
They are literally sniping online, as opposed to speaking directly with one another, you know, the way men do it, "talking man to man".

This is a civil case, no pardons involved.

Kudos to you! Despite not having an attorney present in court with you, you managed to follow courtroom orders!

Do we know if staffers at the CBO contribute to either party?
