drop 1/4 cups of dough onto parchment lined baking sheet, bake at 425 for until golden brown (15 mins).
You can add cheese, herbs, whatever. They are so fast to make. I have never tried them with gluten free flour though so you may need to tinker.

I use the ATK recipe but with self rising flour and unsalted butter so I add a little more- 2 cps AP flour, 2tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 cup buttermilk, stick of butter melted. Mix the dry ingredients, mix the wet ingredients, mix them together
