Awww, you shouldn't have, but I like you.

Plus, we could crack it, use it at source rather than through leaky pipelines, only ever use it with a demand valve. We don't have to stop using it to reduce how much we dump into the atmosphere needlessly.

Woods - yes Catholicism (and hats) - yes Great conference so far, I'm really enjoying it. There has been a section on racial disparity in both of the first two talks. This is a focus for making obs anaesthesia better, as it should be. I like that.

Epidurals still work. The evidence for first line CSEs / DPEs remains enough to convince some folks they are essential, while convincing others they are pointless. There is no universally accepted PCEA PIEB regime. There you go dude.

THIS is a truly excellent slide.

Give oxygen and the midwife MUST not leave the room. NICE guidance on intrapartum care says it should be available to anyone who might benefit from it, and not everyone can have neuraxial analgesia. I think it has a place, but it definitely requires a lot of care.

Female orange tip, unless I am mistaken. They are always the first ones I see, before the big numbers of peacocks, red admirals and others near us.

At the same time though, it is prone to catastrophe! The first seven photos off the roll have light leaks, although I quite like the aesthetic, to be honest. Even the bloopers are aesthetically pleasing.

Absolutely. I love that they are doing this, succeed or not.

The most rapidly rising cohort, and the most diverse. An alternative career pathway, at a time that doctors are calling our for greater agency in their careers. This is the workforce solution you are looking for!

You can pull a lot more detail out of the image with a lit post-processing, but this is cheating, and no one will convince me otherwise. #photography

In the aftermath of the second world war, countries knew they had to build. Houses, the NHS, the middle class. Keynesian economics and a mixed economy. When people feel safe and proud, they don't vote for the fascists who promise them these things. We really need the post-war consensus back.

The motion blur in this one gives it a vibe I wasn't expecting. I quite like it.

I'm going to probably keep it cheap, and use Ultramax and hope for good light. I'm quite fond of Lomo ISO800 as well. If Ultramax is too slow I might try a roll of that.

P30T. It works, but it has some seriously daft foibles. It will only take DX coded film, or assumes that the film in it is ISO100. I've taken to buying DX stickers in order to trick it into shooting at ISO 400 when I need it to. I took these with it, Lomo Turquoise and a nifty fifty.
