I would low key love a full G1 style Ultra Magnus using this guy with the armor/trailer. Articulation be damned!

“Preferably someone who didn’t even exist when I was 27 years old. Which, by the way, would have made me five years older than my line in the sand age limit” 🤮

My brain goes to ‘the warblas’ which just makes me think of birds. Or singing. Or both.

The wildest thing is noticing all the pandemic era workarounds. It’s very effectively done but all the literal social distancing and layered shots/CGI really stand out once you start noticing it. It’s especially apparent when watching Final reckoning where the majority was shot post pandemic.

Teams is mind boggling infuriating with all the stupid decisions, choices and changes it makes.

I don’t get how it will help encourage more people in to cinema. They managed to create a fun movie with characters that win you over by the end. Saying the spoilery bit now just makes things confusing and less appealing for more casual viewers.

The LAST OF US but it’s the Mario Kart inspired threequel called ‘The Fast of Us’.

Requiem for a Dream has a beautiful sounding title - maybe try that next.

Just had a full on sensory episodic memory of the satisfying click of the flatbed transformation - I forgot this guy even existed let alone that I had him. Thanks for the reminder!

If you think about it, ‘nice’ is the low bar clearing, minimum meeting of expectations. It’s such a non-entity of a word. Not exactly something to aspire to or shape your dating sales pitch around.

No sadly - but these are from an Amazon listing.

Really fun - they have a light/sound gimmick that works in both the egg and dinosaur modes!

There’s still time for it to be a Switch 1 release (with switch 2 features) like when they released a bunch of ports like Luigi’s Mansion on 3DS in the twilight period (pun intended).

Mine was essentially a PS4 with a new fancy white jacket for the first year or two I had it! Now it is a Like a Dragon / Yakuza machine predominantly.

I agree with both your points completely - no doubt the preference for everyone is full games on carts. I also really agree with the point that space is going to be much more of a premium. Slightly frustratingly, I think with the push back on the price of games we are going to see more of them now.

With game-key cards are they at least an improvement on the current game code sheets in code only boxes? Can you trade them or let friends borrow them? Or are they a one time activation thing?

Without Ryo’s dogged and near metaphysical cries of ‘where are the sailors?’ we wouldn’t have had games like Black Flag or Sea of Thieves. With Majima now a pirate, the true vision has been realised! We are all sailors.

Never a Superion guy myself but looking at some of the Slingshot videos this week made me put in an order for him. He has pure nostalgia energy for the original - it felt like I was looking at the same toy I got on my 7th birthday, especially the plane mode!

Another vote for Fantasy Life from me and Bravely Default/Second. If you enjoy Pokemon, Yokai watch can have its moments - start with Psychic Specters or 3 rather than the first.

Is this a future where you sit in front of a mirror in an office where no one wants or needs to go to, to collobarate with yourself?
