How about a new state law that says any law enforcement agent may not cover their face on duty except for respiratory protection, and they must have their badge number and name prominently exhibited at all times if they cover their face.
Add in a provision that they must self-identify if asked.

hey, if it provides jobs to the creators, I'm cool with it. There are many movies out there that I question the decisions that led to them being made, but every once in a while you get real gems out of this process.
