I'm a less frequent visitor here, but I like to keep in touch with anyone I followed on the old site. I'm well, after nearly a year back home. Once the full year is up I might consider travelling again!

Have you tried skateboarding shoes? It's what I resorted to in the end. Seems expensive outlay at first but they are indestructible, so good long-term economy, esp when their feet stop growing!
