"The lawyers, Debra S. Katz and Lisa J. Banks, said on Thursday that an investigator from the agency told them in December that an inquiry was complete and a report would be issued shortly. But that never happened."

I'll admit that immediately blaming it on a construction issue with the Boeing Dreamliner is jumping to a conclusion before investigations have been done. That said, I do hope some prelim' findings come out ASAP given the number of warnings from whistleblowers.

Boeing Dreamliner, I didn't even have to ask. Disastrous, tragic, maddening, disgusting.

We've had a beautiful green and flower-filled spring in Calgary so far, at the very least. I'll hang on to the memories of the last month as I close my windows :(
Can't imagine what northern Albertans, Manitobans, Sask, BC are feeling as they flee their homes. It's all so maddening.

The weather app that comes with my phone is saying it's cloudy with 8km/hr wind right now.
Meanwhile I'm listening to the wind violently slap rain against my windows, while the trees outside are looking like Florida palms during El Niño.

10 years ago I would've guessed I'd hopefully die of old age, and now I'm guessing I'll die as roadkill-style collateral damage, squished by a giant AI-driven cyber-tank on its way to power wash a highway.

Can two things be true at once—we need more housing, and sprawl sucks? I grew up in the suburbs because it's all my family could afford, and I feel like I was robbed of amenities and mobility as a young person. I don't know, how do we square this?

That's exactly what happened to Sears Canada too: Bought the company, sold the assets, and took the proceeds out of the company, bleeding it to death. www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-bu...
