Making games is really hard, and no one sets out to make a bad game, so I feel for the people that worked on these Blight Club games that just couldn’t make it work for whatever reason (money probably. I hope they find comfort in the joy they bring us every Wednesday.

I think Kojima could gets a little more slack for a bunch of reasons, and maybe the Splitgate guy could have gotten some slack if he didn’t give off endless amounts of MAGA energy

Okay, but that one will probably actually eventually release. They have kickstarter updates and stuff and they’ve raised hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I can because you’re the only person I’ve ever seen mention that game, and I still don’t really know what it is😂

I’ll take an immigrant for a “third world” country over a Charlie Kirk all day every day.

You can play Xbox PC games natively. You cannot play the Xbox console versions of them natively, which I think is where the confusion is. I don’t know how much it matters if it’s the console version vs the PC Version. I’d guess not much.

More and more common these days. Fake reviews for things that aren’t even out or playable yet. The second one as well is almost definitely written by someone who has not yet played the game. User reviews are completely worthless.

But dumb hat guy told me it was fucking awesome.

Googling user reviews, as usual, is not very helpful.

I hope you do get to do this forever. You and the GB crew bring so much joy and laughter to the world, and we can never have too much of that.

But that wouldn’t make them feel as powerful. And they’d rather all of us be poor, miserable and dying than feel one smidge less powerful.

InXile has been underfunded and underrated for a long time. I think they’re about to prove to everyone what the can do. This game looks insane.

I recommend it. It plays like Elden Ring on crack. The combat is basically the same, the boss fights are awesome and very challenging. You run way faster, you jump up walls, there’s no fall damage. It’s a wild good time. It’s basically bite sized Elden Rings but sped up.

And it doesn’t have the same kind of exploration, but there’s still so much to discover, and new things to learn, and areas to explore, you just have to do it quickly. It’s a mad dash, but I’m still constantly finding new things and new areas and new bosses. It’s very different.

It’s basically impossible to beat without 3 people, but I’ve been queueing up with randoms most of the time that I’ve played and even with no voice chat, you can mark locations on the map and people (in my experience after like 10+ games) are pretty good at working together.
