Hard to say for the GOP as a whole, but I'm fairly certain Graham has always been like this in particular. Dude basically enters low power mode these days, but suddenly goes fire and fury the moment war is on the table.

It literally took until Tarkin for someone to point out that force or fear of force is the basis for state power, which is statecraft 101 on Earth, monopoly of force and all that. But in Star Wars that seems to be viewed as an anomaly.

Everything was fine until Trump decided to unleash violent raids w/o grounds in elementary schools, shopping areas, & peaceful public spaces. ICE then illegally blocked Members of Congress entry into the facilities they are disappearing people into, escalating the situation. Let’s start there.
