The problem of course is when you have people from outside your organisation which use such tools and AI agents. You can never fully stop that because I've already seen hardware devices that have that capability which you cannot detect as they are not connected to the meeting.

It is probably security driven, as this implies that the meetings are recorded and the results are stored on a cloud where 'competitors' might have access to it. The same reason why a lot of companies not approve of the usage of such tools.
