Your safety matters to us. We see you as family, and we care a lot. Even when attacked, or forced to witness their darkness, remember: there is strength in discipline and power in restraint. America is watching and hearts are changing.

Of course it escalated. Because in today’s America, step out of line, and the man comes to take you away.

This comes after several senior staff departures and just one day after Trump announced plans to dismantle the agency by November. Millions of Americans and dozens of states rely on it in times of crisis. But Trump doesn’t seem to think it’s needed. It’s looking like RIP FEMA.

Judge Denise Cote ruled that OPM “violated the law and bypassed its established cybersecurity practices” when it gave DOGE officials broad access to its systems. One step closer to DOGE accountability and arrests.

Trump instigated this entirely on his own. You don’t overrun a state’s National Guard without a request from that state, that’s a violation of constitutional limits. He manufactured a crisis.

- Trump placed the National Guard under federal control (Title 10), bypassing state authority a rare and provocative move that violates the Tenth Amendment unless the Insurrection Act is formally invoked.

Without those conditions being met and without state consent, Trump’s move amounts to a clear violation of constitutional limits and federal law.

This maneuver also clashes with the Militia Clause in the U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 8, Clause 15), which gives Congress, not the president, the power to call forth the militia under specific conditions like insurrection or invasion.

Going After Columbia: The Education Department is now trying to undermine Columbia University’s accreditation, something the federal government does not control. It’s a clear attempt to pressure and punish another Ivy League institution for not falling in line.

Yes, really. The billionaire who helped push some of the harshest anti-immigration policies in modern history… might now need an immigration lawyer.

His reason? Bannon claims Elon Musk is “an illegal alien” and says the administration should formally investigate his immigration status and deport him immediately.
