Crazy how the kinematic equations only work if you believe

I think we know that the mainstream media disregards scientific health literacy to garner clicks and views. I recall watching a news segment where a gastroenterologist spoke vaguely about “how bad” COVID-19 would be in the summer of 2020.

It’s not ‘mistaken’ when you can plainly read the 5th amendment and gather that it doesn’t apply to just citizens. A middle schooler can reason as much. “No person
” NOT “no citizen”

To push bizarre ideology on the greatest sources of medical communication in modern history is absolutely laughable. I can’t envision scientists/physicians trusting conceding journals as sources of info for safeguarding patient lives nor driving time-consuming scientific investigation. Its a no go

AEA detentions are unlawful, class-action habeas was granted for South TX - due to no war, invasion or incursion from Venezuela. No consideration of whether petitioners are TdA members (POTUS discretion?), nor whether the conditions of U.S. detention/CECOT are inhumane under UN torture convention.

At the same time consolidating power in one man who seems willing to do or say whatever POTUS wills, irrespective of constitutional law.

“Vaccines” have existed for a millennium (variolation in ~900 CE). Now their efficacy is under fire because a subset of the population is too scientifically illiterate to understand their workings. Too uninformed to understand their life-saving history. And too apathetic to care that people will die

See “Opinions of the Court” or “Opinions Relating to Orders” under the hamburger button. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/opi... Oral arguments (there are also mirrors on podcast apps if you’re trying to listen on the go). www.supremecourt.gov/oral_argumen...

Honestly as a self-described Supreme Court buff, I’ve never once read SCOTUSblog, and prefer to listen to the oral arguments and read the opinions myself. IF you have the time: Why read a distillation when you can read and listen to the publicly available discourse and decisions firsthand?

Backwards world. So by Snyder v United States this wouldn’t be quid pro quo? Yet every news outlet reports that Vietnam’s personal POTUS handouts are specifically to reprieve tariffs. Does it become illegal/past Article 2 when the bribe works / factors into calculus of if Vietnam tariffs reduce?

Senator thank you! Please do not stop until we find out that Kilmar is alive and safely home in MD! This entire situation is alarming. The refusal for any contact or definitive confirmation of life, the disbarment of your visitation (whilst allowing other parties from the USA to tour the facility).

Doesn’t seem like good news. Yes, they agree due process is required and habeas claims must be heard. But deciding where they are heard without argument? Sounds like they’re telling the administration to simply put detainment facilities in red states & jurisdictions where habeas will be denied.

Thank you for bringing light to Lt Collins and his legacy. I was a UMD undergraduate student when he was murdered on our campus - it was horrific. Watching the progression over the years has demonstrated an important lesson: justice is slow, but it will come.
