Breakfast of champions: coffee and waffles; 800 mg of ibuprofen; two Sudafed; one 5 mg Valium; one ventplin inhaler. Between the dust and the muscle pain, yesterday's cleaning blitz has absolutely 7;out of 10 fucked me. But I need to do another 90 minutes of cleaning this morning, so meds it is.
