They're actually were down here. I had an initial screening with an hse psychiatrist in June or July. I screened high enough to be referred to the adult ADHD service. That service has now stopped taking referrals as of one January.

Oh they are, and I have a medical card so the actual drugs themselves are free.
There are however no diagnostic services for adults with ADHD in Cork or Kerry, so getting the private diagnosis to get the prescription for these free drugs was over 2K.

I've never understood why sex with oneself is not considered sex. An erection is not a magic wand despite the obvious joke there, and is not disease preventative.
