A pharmacy is an odd place to buy a whole game console tbh.

To be clear, he’s not a Force user at all, but was a guerrilla trained by the Jedi/Grad Army of the Republic. Seeing him for the first time since his Clone Wars ep in Rogue One was shocking because it showed the toll of years of war on a person.

He’s a Clone Wars character that was trained by Anakin and is a mirror to him. Like he’s more machine than man in Rogue One. He’s the Rebellion’s Vader.

The arm in the reflection kinda makes it seem like it’s from Avatar (Cameron)

If Jonathan Franzen’s editor talked him out of randomly adopting a kid for research, editors try their best.

Kinda feel like DTV movies like those are a lost art since the decline of rental shops even with streaming.

I think there’s a base somewhere in the Midwest that gets people accidentally driving up to the gate because there’s a coffee shop in there and people get routed to it.

Kinda seems like everyone is scared of subtext nowadays. Guess they saw all the same tumblr posts about that when in school sadly.

I kinda blame the disappearance of “Making of” features and dvds on that.

I've said this elsewhere but he comes off as the type of prof who silently resents 4th wave feminism for teaching women about consent in their teens and not in college because he couldn't sleep with freshman as easily as before.

Like, ok he wasn't in make up all the time, but still.

I honestly want to know how charming C.Thomas Howell is/was because somehow, he dated and then briefly married his co-star Rae Dawn Chong from that movie.

It's all speculation now. It's still a largely good thing it didn't get as bad as it could have, but it should have been the end.

I think the main reason he didn't face actual consequences was that 1/6 didn't have a higher body count as morbid as that is to say. If there had been an firefight, he would have been removed and in jail by the end of that day or after impeachment.

All that started to make sense after I found out that teaching reading by phonetics isn't taught that much anymore, but guessing the word with context clues. There's a podcast I just listen to about it features.apmreports.org/sold-a-story/

Basically, this. People who write like this are mostly in a bubble with others who write like that so they don't know if's off-putting. bsky.app/profile/lobs...

There's a couple of streamers I watch on twitch and there's a couple of viewers/chatters who constantly bring up political issues unprompted and it's slightly annoying because it takes a mental toll on the streamer. Not everything can be a political talk show all the time.

Given that most people now relay on secondhand interpretations of things that can be easily read/searched/ect on social media, AI generated summaries is just the next step in that trend.

That or he got to OK to let lose by the State Party. Dispute all his faults, he’s a party line guy in the end.

Kinda thing it’s now a territory dispute in a way after the CANG and all. State rights ironically.

That’s basically the appeal and basis of the dirtbag faction. Be the bully you wanted to be in school but now you have justification for it.
