But populists can't be the only ones telling compelling stories. There has to be a progressive narrative too, but you can't build credibility overnight. Years of cravenness and timidity take their toll. A plague on all their houses. ENDS

Putin has played Trump like a fiddle! He wants him off the board. Trump will now flounce out, blaming Ukraine & “I tried but they just didn’t want peace” BS to save face. What a deal maker!

Trump has clearly already agreed with Putin to remove Zelensky. Trump is fighting for his “reputation”/status with Putin. Fighting like a cat in a bag! It’s more than the Biden story.

It’s only by regulating human activity that any sort of freedom, individual or otherwise, occurs. It’s our laws and standards and customs and traditions that create freedom. Only teenagers see rules as oppression. And we have an entire culture now that is adolescent. /8

Humans invented government not for any of our grand team sports narrative reasons. They did it for the economies of scale it provides for human life. Government is the most efficient and effective way to live together, as humans. 2/2
