I hear you Keith, but can we trust Gavin? If he becomes the face of needed resistance, & in effect rehabilitates his MAGA-sympathizing image, if he becomes a top POTUS contender in 2028, can we trust him?? Or will he flip on us & veer hard right when we really need him??

And elected Rs know this too. They're with their fascist cult leader - until they're not. At some point they will flip & disavow him, when the timing is right (for them). They bank on voters having amnesia, simply forgetting the past & voting tribal. They assume our democracy will still exist.

Recall "Umbrella Man"? At some point, I would fully expect white supremacists to appear in LA to stoke the flames & incite violence, creating the opening for use of (deadly?) force. The broken windows are usually from their side (see umbrella man).
