No idea, but John was always stealing chord progressions from songs he liked. Not uncommon for songwriters. I knew one who would go to the hymnal, not for tunes but for chords.

There was a time when I hung out with John and Yoko and I think of them whenever I hear this song because they were OBSESSED with it, literally could not stop playing it.

It's a difficult book, like catching and climbing onto a giant wave. Highly dramatic, and it's my favorite novel of his. I re-read most of them during Covid.

Thank you for taking the time to dip into it! Yes, I do hear from others, though their experiences don't seem to prompt them to look further into the realm of eternity. My attitude was: so the afterlife is real, then what is it the bigger picture? what else is true?

I love guinea pigs! Yes they are voracious, er, readers. My bunny's partial to cardboard and fabric, which must be supplied or she'll attack the furniture.

Just reading it now, in daily sips because it is so profound.

Thanks for reading! I never intended the story to go beyond 5 chapters. Oh well...

Mine fights me brushing her so much I've taken to using a lint roller on her instead. I also think there are air purifiers that suck up the strands that are in the air. Was your childhood bun a Dutch?

She's not big. It's the chairs that have gotten small.đ

I have one myself. Currently have hair fluff in my eyes and nostrils. Is it really time for her to be losing the winter coat? Yours look like nonstop loose fur machines!

That is the pure experience that started it all, then gets lost in service of a career. If you can get back there, youâll marvel at what you produce - for yourself alone.

He acted cool but I knew he was totally chuffed - which is usually his way when paid a compliment.

Yes. Though the plot's not based on any one particular book it does borrow from several.

I was contacted by Jeannette Walls and Peter Ackroyd, both prominent authors. I responded but soon realized it was an AI conversation. Even Siri is more humanoid than these bots.

I grew that exact kind this past summer! Did you find that nearly everything in the garden was prolific this year? Usually my morning glories don't grow back the next year because we're in a cold area, so we don't consider them invasive. These grew back! At least one bright side to climate warming.

Still flogging this one, but things are looking rosier since James took the wheel this month. Miss you!

You're right, the opportunity really did come out of the blue. I sit upright whenever that happens. As for we four, what can I say but we soldier on. Musicals' development is an unbelievable grind.

Funny - I wrote a Nancy Drew script for Warners exactly 30 years ago! They didnât make it but sheâs been on my mind ever since. Itâs why my husband suggested me to write the script.

all in the 70's??!!

I'm always ambivalent about revisiting the 70's, as it was a time of bad behavior for me, or at least bad behavior that winds up teaching you something. You?

I managed to put the Hardy Boys in the show. In the books their adventures are way more aggressive than hers. Nancy played the mental game better.

It's amazing how worldwide Nancy Drew's appeal has been! The first book was published in 1929.
