📚💙 Anyone here use itch.io to purchase ebooks? I've seen a few #indieauthors with stories offered up on the site. I don't have a dedicated ereader. I cross post my bsky posts to twt/threads as not every author has moved here yet, but the ratio of interaction I get here compared to over there is really noticeable and almost funny at this point. I have 46K+ followers on twt and get noticeably fewer comments and less interaction than I get here.

🥗 They want people to work, but not to have a car (or the Internet, apparently). They want women working, but also somehow simultaneously home with their suddenly-not-a-dependent 7-year old children. They want people to break the poverty cycle, but not to save more than $3000. Make it make sense.
