All state funds that directly invest in their own name are shown on the map. But some might invest via a third-party mutual fund or investment management company (e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, Blackrock), which is harder to look up. I couldn't find a list of holdings on MA's website...

Most have held TSLA for several years, so they'd still make a tidy profit. It's trading near its Election Day price, even though it's down 50% from all-time highs in December. Getting out ASAP will allow pensions to retain more of their profit before it tanks further...

Sounds about right. Unfortunately it's also taking down billions of dollars in public employee pensions with it, not just in the US, but also Canada and Denmark… these include the pensions of teachers, university faculty, and doctors, who probably aren't wild about supporting all this.
