ie required amount of roles, the dues, time in the field, if you "crossed a picket line "( and in this case any hoyo work that still happened after this strike)
and if joined
a tun more genshin vas would lose their job , it would be harder for hoyo to give new va's a chance ' npc will be silent

and to say fortunately is bc sag is notorious for this move in particular, they also aren't structured for live service games
they bar non union va's frome working on union games
unless you pay a hefty fee every 3-6 Months
all vas have to meet their union requirements

this is why kinich , lycon , soldier hsr mc's and maybe soon pimons va , have been recasted . it started some va infighting
unfortunately (kinda fortunately) hoyo is not a sag only game and actually cant go sag only and also seid no be due to china and its laws on foreign unions.
