If people did their jobs correctly then they wouldn’t have the need to put pressure on their employees to do more to catch up with what they forgot to do.

Yet these people float by and make things worst and expect people like me to clean their mess when shit literally gets shittier. I’ve been over the drama for 2 years now. I make enough money outside of the workplace to be secure. Extra work no longer excites me because it’s not necessary.

I choose not to utilize my expertise to live an authentic lifestyle outside of working. At one point I made my job my life and I was miserable because it’s physically and mentally exhausting dealing with so many different energies on a regular basis.
