I can be disgusted by a crime and at the same time believe that capital punishment is a moral abomination. I can personally want the guy to be tortured slowly, Tarantino-style, to death while knowing that my base emotions don’t make for a just society.

Yeah I’m not reading that 😂 I just remember feeling like Jay was so full of shit, that turned me in favor of Adnan’s innocence. Like I said, it’s been years. I wouldn’t die on the hill but it is terrible if he IS innocent. (And the whole “better for 100 guilty persons” argument.)

It’s been years, but I remember between the Jay Wilds and Jen stories there was an inconsistency that could not possibly make Jay’s testimony true. I’d have to re-listen to remember what it was but remember being mad that the podcast didn’t chase that down.
