In our @schechtlm.bsky.social SER article we show that daughters are less likely than sons to receive parental transfers, values tend to be lower & daughters receive different types of asset. This translates into a gender tax gap of 2% for inheritances and 22% for gifts. doi.org/10.1093/ser/...
