Having watched the address on Tv, I can’t tell if Trump realises he’s talking rubbish or if he truly believes what he is saying? He’s either a very convincing actor or is completely crackers!! Haven’t worked out which yet.

Give the man a chance, I’m sure his trying hard to get the hat trick.
