Nice. We go to the arts district to the breweries and restaurants. Honestly, because I've lived here 33 years, I don't see the appeal in gambling and partying on the strip. Give me a dive bar and local band.

I stay away from the strip at all cost. I take the express buses sometimes and they are safe, just nasty AF and lots of homeless. Our homeless here is one of top worst cities for it. They leave you alone mostly. Just ignore them completely. Most are mental health.

Good. I'm glad. Houses aren't moving right now. Especially at my price point. I wouldn't be able to afford my home today. We bought 5 years ago. This was my dream home. Now it feels like a prison to me.
