It's wild that people are taking issue with Sabrina for this, when her whole schtick is about playing around with gendered power dynamics. Like, listen to Please, Please, Please, and tell me she's blindly replicating patriarchal norms. She knows what she's doing.

For reference, I am a Catman fan, but part of his charm is that he's kind of a loser

100% agree. The other classic example is Michael Phelps and all of his weird biological quirks that make him a better swimmer than average.

At a meter long, the Spectacled Cormorant one of the largest seabirds of modern times, on a simlar scale to the Great Auk! As is the case in many of these stories, this was a big factor in their extinction as they proved easy and large food for the whalers and trappers who visited Bering Island.

Although, my experience was also filtered by my attraction to other femmes. A lack of social script for an obviously queer "boy" who was attracted to feminity is a huge part of why it took me two and a half decades to figure out my identity.

And yes, I know the religious right has used homeschooling as a form of indoctrination and abuse.
That doesn't mean all homeschooling takes that form.

We can all see that schools are failing children, but we judge parents who take education into their own hands.
It's ridiculous.
