Fascists can have a rich, multi-faceted inner life and still be fascists.

A masterclass in how *not* to make a movie trilogy.

The original Star Wars was political and had a vision. Even when Empire was handed off to someone else, there was an effort to carry that forward. Disney's attempt to play it safe, and hot potato the franchise, completely compromised it.

For the record, my personal post-Endor headcanon is still basically the original EU books. I recommend them. They're mostly pretty good.

3) The clear standout winner was the tweaked recipee as directed from an internet video (thanks to Jordan the Stallion.) It was much cheesier, fluffier, and just overall improved from top to bottom. Would recommend.

1) The biscuit mix was... fine? It's a passable biscuit. Not cheesy enough, and a bit salty. It was fine. 2) The restaurant bicuit was better, but we felt it was a bit gummy? Maybe a bit undercooked. Still, much tastier. More below.

Finally caught this one, and it's a great and poignant watch. G'kar is one of the single best characters ever to grace a television set.

Apparently it's "fine" according to my friend who's big into Reese's peanut butter cups.

Honestly, the best way to make Trump look bad is to just sit back and let him ramble about unrelated nonsense for minutes on end while his VP desperately tries to steer him back on topic.

It would never have been Diotte - his riding is not a sure thing.
comment in response to post
It was a mess in this riding which pretty much added up to Uppal hanging on. Another election cycle goes by with us having a useless MP and no meaningful representation.

Alberta complains the federal government never does anything for us, then repeatedly shows there's no reason to. The Cons know they can take us for granted, and everyone else knows its a waste of time to court us. We need to show our vote is available if we want federal parties to try to win it.

"What do you do for a living?" "Guess the number of jellybeans in the jellybean jar." "For a living?" "I subsist on three to six prizes per day. It's getting my kids through college."
