They've been days, weeks, or months away for decades. If they were going to make them, they would have already. This capitulation to Netanyahu is so weak and unacceptable.

Why would I ever trust anything on that platform? When would I ever be sure that engagement is real?

This is how we know the ones saying it's about injury risk are disingenuous. They just can't figure out how to stop it. They should be working to do it themselves in practice with the defense working together to stop it. It's essentially a rugby play so they should fight it with rugby group tactics.

Doing a performance during a speech is performative nonsense. It serves no real purpose, and doesn't actually look like doing anything. If they really wanted to grind things to a halt, frequent quotum calls in the house and senate to slow Republicans down would be far more damaging to their bills.

Having 0 dems show up sends just as strong of a message without making them look like Marjorie Taylor Greene

People follow her streams. If she streams, she gets a ton of viewers. Also, this platform literally broadcasts her thoughts.

We cannot be the party of performative acts and no action. The perception of the party needs to change. Dems shouldn't show up, and should be actively working their base and any who stop by streams or shows they can get on to directly refute and call out bs.

I'd like to see a multistream. Hit Youtube, Twitch, and Facebook

Nah, just don't show up. Doing what AOC is doing, being able to immediately refute bad talking points is the answer. Shows he lacks your respect enough to show up while you directly work with your base. No more showy acts that do nothing.

Such a bad career decision. Hopefully he gets the okay to finally stop kicking the can down the road and reset the roster of the terrible cap situation. Probably would get him back to back first overall picks though.

As a Niner/Longhorn fan, these are the only players I want to do well. Hope everyone else fails miserably.

I predict the Eagles win because the Chiefs run D will look overrated against the Eagles line and Saquon. Travis Kelce will have a very quiet game, and the Chiefs do not have the receivers to attack the Eagles consistently.

I can't root for them after the way they and their fans acted after Purdy went out of that NFC championship game. Not rooting for the Chiefs either, so I'll just hope guys from the Longhorns play great

Xavier Worthy, Charles Omenihu, and Ojomo. I'm a Niner/Longhorn fan, so I just want to see my Texas guys have great games.

Curious how that played out specifically in the previous regular season matchup.

With how players sit out to preserve their bodies for the draft, it's not even like the good teams are really playing, so unless it's a playoff, what's the point?

You could see on his face pre-game he wasn't mentally right. He really needed someone to calm him down and tell him "That defense is broken. Just do what you've been doing." Clearly he made it more difficult in his mind than he should have. This should have been an easy Vikings win.

He had one of the dying CPUs. In this case, it was very much the cpu killing itself slowly over time.

The scariest move for the Niners to make for the Rams would be to actually draft and focus on the O-line. Darnold would not have the targets to hit downfield like he has in MN if he was back in the SF offense.
comment in response to

Niners fan, if he takes that, he'll never sniff a championship game again. QB's need to take less damaging contracts. Absolutely zero QB's are worth that much of the cap.

Not enough. Fines should be tailored to the size of the business. When you're one of the largest companies in the world, that barely registers. Might as well be a tiny accounting error.

Honestly, with how teams didn't want to give him GM control, and it's part of the college job description, the move to college makes a lot of sense for him.

Should be good. We have them for Texas night games pretty regularly now.

The format does matter because the rules specifically give champs a spot, which would have avoided last year's ugly snub of FSU.
comment in response to

Different format, and they got an auto bid from having the SEC championship in this format. I secondarily root for FSU after Texas, and we both know the team that showed up to the ACC championship looked markedly worse than the rest of the season. Didn't like it, but had to admit it.
