Yea, at this point, mobile is lost cause for me with multiple gmail accounts. Serves as a nice notification screen for me to go check my email on desktop 😂

Ok, after actually using it (made one for the blog post with your tool). Some better ideas:
1. More templates!
2. Small content series/guide on what makes a good image
3. Help text for the Image that explains size/res requirement
4. Separate page for an og image validator

Yeaa would definitely be hard to offer for free
Have you seen www.ogimage.gallery btw? Could be a “sawdust” idea for you too!

Oof this one hits hard because of how much it resonates.
After our most profitable year ever, I’d say pricing based off value and output instead of T&M has worked well for us.
That and building a reputation for stellar work has made it easier for clients to commit to more profitable pricing.

That, and CMS functionality. Limited exp with Framer, but I imagine its CMS would start to break down for content heavy Wordpress-esque sites whereas Webflow can keep up with some "massaging"
comment in response to

Biased since my agency was built off the Webflow wave, but Webflow feels more like "Web dev made visual", whereas Framer is like "Figma, but you can publish it as a site"
ie I can't just drag and reposition on a canvas with Webflow, which is great for us because it means clients can't either

Step 3: Declare Deadlines and Boundaries
ie for web development:
“By [Date], I will no longer
- Hand hold clients through their site launch
- Optimize on-page SEO
- Hook up Hubspot and other martech solutions
- etc
No longer shall I say ‘let me just help this one time’”

Step 2: Create transfer packages for each category
- Document the decision framework
- List common pitfalls
- Define quality checkpoints
- Share past project examples
- Templatize the processes
