As someone who reads reviews, I prefer to start with the tone you will end with.
Is it mostly bad? Then start with the bad stuff. Is it mostly good? Then the bad stuff is the exception, and should close.
I’d say only mix it in if explaining the whole concept in an order (like a movie) would help.

As I try to get back into reading, if I find I’ve lost interest, I immediately stop, return the book on Libby, find something that does sound interesting, and start that.
I’ve gone back to books to continue, and it’s removed so much of the guilt/shame that has stopped my reading for years.

Remembering how to get out of the dungeon, when you are loaded down by loot and low on health, was still considered part of the adventure. How well were you paying attention on the way in?
