Hi I'm a newb about to dive in and learn flutter & dart. I've done bits with PHP, Python and some basic front end Web dev. Can you suggest some folks to follow on here?

These crawl gaps are getting longer and longer I feel. I'll guess you're gonna say there's no fixed time line. But does the growing size of the index slow this down at all?

So have we got to Blackhat GEO yet or are they one in the same! 🀣

I don't think the capability has changed at all. An LLM does what it is intended to do and predict its output. It's been refined, but not at the rate thats been promised. So in terms of improvement, it feels like we're getting bug fixes not innovation.

Sounds similar to Elon's plan for self driving cars. That we all own one or a fleet and that becomes a source of semi-passive income.

Have you tried it with your publications yet? I feel like it'll be widespread in (up to) 5yrs time. Unfortunately translation is something that Ai will probably get better and better at.

Good point... but to counter. I actually have traffic from 50 different countries. I give away free soccer stats and make very little money. I did translate some pages with Ai at one point and got punished. A lot of us are just trying find a way passed the monopolies of big corp. ranking authority

Agreed.... I built a soccer website with 20k pages for player stats. 20mins of MVC programming in laravel and I had a full suite of brand new pages. I'm not spamming, I built those pages at the request of my users.

For me it's the same as "Google says". You gotta be a lawyer almost to dissect the hidden meanings or variable interpretations of "Goolge says" 🀣🀣

Yeah but that will all change when openai release GPT 5.0 In 2050

Not cool - you have to let people post freely, so you can immediately block them for no reason

For reference... I believe it to be similar to this ec.europa.eu/commission/p... Masked as AI we're not seeing the fact that they're simply prioritising their own asset above others, for their own gain

I'd say first up AIO is not a channel IMO, we're arguing like its new channel. Its a Google asset just like YouTube, News, Shopping, Travel etc that they're choosing to rank above traditional listings. With no data its difficult to pinpoint where losses stem from for example, albeit we can guess

I can only see the pink and white bits? Where's the rest of the trainer?
comment in response to post
Not entirely. I'm putting the initial good rank down to part LLM & part traditional algorithm inflating me to #3 This is the Hidden Gems theory IMO, so the LLM extracting partial match pages to rank where they maybe don't belong its a poor system But when I target the query, I'm refactored I guess
comment in response to post
I was fixing the poor click through rate. I don't consider rank a good measure of success if you're getting zero clicks. So therein lies a problem that needed fixing... fare rank but no traffic

I think it would need to be operational training than hands on tactics Data analysis, like using GA & GSC Blends Pattern analysis (saw a cool visual on GSC chart meanings) Setting targets SEO functions & delegating (project management) Some deeper info on Algorithms Schema for search features

I got wrapped up in some naming & shaming recently with some blackhat gambling sites and they blasted my domain with some god aweful link spam. My Googlebot crawls and subsequent query impressions went to the moon! 🀣

Yeah like.... most UK agencies are quoting these figures (and more) when they reel in an "enterprise" client. I reckon there's a secret agency game called retainer roulette, where they spin a wheel and quote whatever it lands on πŸ˜‚
