I’m sure that the only “freedom” that Jeff Bezos is for is the freedom from safety regulations. The WaPo opinion section won’t be supporting the freedom of trans, queer, and brown people to live their lives free from oppression. Capitalism longs for feudalism but without the Social Contract.

Labour needs to stop trying to out fear monger the opposition. And instead focus on educating the electorate on why people are willing to get into the small boats in the first & what they do eventually contribute. Oh and maybe try to actually do something to help the working class.
