Not going to post much, just that I somehow (?) threw out my lower back Monday, and now I'm hobbling. Can't twist one direction, or lean forward. Tried nuking it with vicodin last night, it made a dent. Sciatica on the right of me, bad hip on the left, here I am... stuck in the middle with PAIN.
