It's a bunch of button presses to change accounts and you can't change from the compose view at all. Tweetbot did this right, back in the day.

BlueSky is awful with alts anyway. The app doesn't support them well and makes it hard to switch + you still wind up liking stuff on your main anyway. Stuff is bad!

I liked it as a quick 'what's going on in X Country/what's going on nationally. Not the discover tab, just functional trends, like what we had in the Tweetbot days! Trends being limited and extremely stale makes BlueSky a little worse for me...

Because having two accounts is an awful experience! I freak out when I see good, normal content and favorite those posts. I don't want people to see stuff they might not want to see! I'm stuck in this 'worst of both worlds' situation where I don't feel comfortable posting the stuff I want to post.

For instance, I set this account to 'Smol Tot' sphere. Other smol tots can view my profile, I can favorite stuff without people who view the favorites of posts being able to see my profile, I can reply to normie posts without feeling weird and bad about talking to normal people on a smol account.

Microsoft has this awful history of bending when gamers rage and complain (see: the Xbox One, MS game store front policies, pricing in the past, all kinds of stuff) so I think the worst people online think that Microsoft will just eat the Trump Costs if they whine enough.
