Just got a lecture from a do gooder for riding my motorcycle through town (20mph limit) in a t shirt, this morning i rode my bicycle to work on country roads at up to 40mph on my commute 🫤 🤷🏻‍♂️

Carbon fibre roadie bicycle commute today, I generally slog cross country on a hardtail MTB, so felt like riding on air even up that sodding hill on the alternative route, bit of portage over the gravel, and a PR down the farm track.

Today my bicycle was my single speed, used to be fixie, but i came unclipped at >40mph downhill 😱 As well as TT’s ive delivered takeaways on this for local chippy, now it is one of my daily commuters, stopped off at allotment after an early finish.

Got a pinch flat on my mtb just as i rolled into work this morning. Could not shift the tyre to break the bead. One of the engineers fashioned a chisel out of soft plastic and hammered the tyre off with a rubber mallet. 🤯🤣
