I don't have a comprehensive list, but we use Python thru Google Colab (to minimize setup) and share tutorials that cover mainly
- data analysis: pandas and scipy
- api and web: requests, selenium, playwright
- visualization: matplotlib, seaborn
- machine learning: scikit-learn
- optimization: pulp

But we have done the calculation for Focal here for a set-and-forget team (GW1-37).
