Stars Hallow is like Wholesome Twin Peaks in many ways. (Not the show Gilmore Girls, the town. Luke’s is the Wholesome RR Diner.

No posts from anyone I follow for 47 minutes? Am I back on Mastodon?

Strong Female Character by Fern Brady is a great memoir about the life and struggles of an autistic woman. I related to her so much. #ActuallyAutistic #BookSky

Trying to figure out Camino options, as it's going to be too hot to do the Mozárabe from Málaga when I had it scheduled. I can do the Olvidado from Bilbao to Aguilar de Campoo, catch a bus, then Boñar-Ponferrada (my missing parts) OR Viejo from Pamplona to Aguilar. OR...

Joe Manganiello and Will Chase spotting on White Collar. Still can't stand Alcide though. Need to remember to post about a couple of things tomorrow. Reconsidering which Camino to do this fall again of course. But I need sleep. Bona nit a tothom.

Today is going to be a struggle day *sigh*

Jamming to Joshua Kadison’s “Jessie” this morning. 31 years and still wondering why a cat is named “Moses”…

Spending way too much time reading about potential Caminos for the fall. There's just too much beauty in Spain calling to me...plus special interest...sigh. Bona nit a tothom.

This week's Wednesday Foreign Flick was Adiós Buenos Aires, about a man trying to leave Argentina in 2001. It's definitely worth watching considering what's going on in the world right now...

I added a new page to my blog just now for last autumn's adventures on the Caminos de Girona and Català. Check it out! Bilingüe inglés-español setmeravelles.com/cami-de-giro...

Great. So the compression type sock that works wonders for plantar fasciitis was hurting the rest of my foot so argh

The early bird catches the black oil sunflower seed. #birds

Excellent season finale to The Studio. If you have Apple TV, check it out. White Collar is just off the rails at this point. Season's worth of plot in the last five minutes of the midseason premiere, so the rest of the season will be lame plot of the week that put me to sleep.

Canadians gather to protest the lack of Timmies here.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Gilmore Girls so I might as well do a rewatch. My first watch was in 2016. Team Rory and a book.

Muting “GH” this week since I’ll actually watch (Felicia should be on and lots of Lucy and some Tracy) and want to go in as unspoiled as possible for the Nurse’s Ball. Now will I remember to unmute Friday evening? (Watch on Hulu)

In other news, going to have to rework my Camino plans as I found out that the first etapa (will be my second) doesn't have alojamiento en condiciones, so I was going to bus back to Málaga to stay the night and bus back the next morning. However, the bus doesn't run on Sundays.

ELIZA DUSHKU SPOTTING IN WHITE COLLAR 3X09!!! I guess it's her Tru Calling to act with Matt Bomer! Seriously, if she ever comes out of retirement, they need to have those two act on some sort of The Americans type show, with lots of hats and wigs. Head canon: Raquel on White Collar is a doll :P

Just finished this week's Sunday Vintage Film, The Doors (took two days to watch). I was kinda bored to be honest (know nothing about Jim Morrison/The Doors), but Val Kilmer was excellent...plus Kyle MacLachlan!

Last week a potential employer requested a cover letter and a CV, so I sent it right away. Today without so much an interview, I get an email “we’re going in a different direction”…guess at least the rejection came without the stress of an interview 🤷🏻😕 sigh

I got like 3 lines written in one WIP, and one in another, so that's productive, right?

It looks like the Camino Olvidado may not be feasible due to 46 kms without tiendas and me not wanting to upgrade backpacks yet, so it's the Mozárabe from Málaga to Córdoba or Mérida, and perhaps the Vía Serrana or a few days in Portugal...making up mind still on that part. Bona nit a tothom.

Felicia Scorpio, Lucy Coe, Tracy Quatermaine, Anna Devane, Helena Cassadine.

I think these two may have been babysitting for all the other Canada geese grazing on the shore without kids…

Just finished Travis Barker's Memoir Can I Say?... Mark Hoppus' has way more about Blink-182, and Travis is more about his life outside the band. I enjoyed both...definitely had to laugh as Travis is most likely ADHD, and I understood some of his struggles. That plane crash...#BookSky

Due to her performance as Kim on Scrubs (and then the very similar story of Avery on 30 Rock), I have been unable to watch Elizabeth Banks in anything without feeling rage. Same with Lili Taylor as Lisa on Six Feet Under.
