Camino Olvidado from Bilbao-Aguilar de Campoo, which will allow Andalucía to cool down some.
From Aguilar, bus to Santander, then make my way to Zaragoza (probably an overnight in Logroño), AVE to Granada, two days in Grana'a and then to Málaga for eleven days on the Mozárabe, ending in Córdoba.

Or I can move the flights back two weeks, which would create more havoc with Spanish holidays (12 de octubre, 1 de noviembre) and I'd miss seeing my boyfriend's joy during Spooky Season.

36. The Friend Scheme by Cale Dietrich. Goodreads/TheStoryGraph hated this, but I appreciate the effort to explore and try something soon. Plus the protagonist loved The Killers and David Lynch. Matt comes from a mob family and believes he is falling for the gay son of rival mob boss.

35. Disco Witches of Fire Island by Blair Fell. Had high hopes for this one, but I was disappointed. I got halfway through the book and realised I didn't care about any of the characters, so just skimmed to the end. Had potential with the 1989 setting and witches, but...meh. #BookSky

So it'll be either an extra night in Granada, or see if I can change my AVE to Granada for a day later (got it reembolsable, claro) and do two nights in Zaragoza or some plan I haven't figured out yet...that's tomorrow's problem though.
