On average it takes democracies 21 years to recover from the damage done from authoritarian regimes.

I think we don't have many options to cut the deadwood. About the only thing I can think of is promising the party that if they won't have a level playing field for the primaries we will simply vote against every incumbent. The status quo needs to go.

On occasion MTG has a good idea. I love her proposal for a national divorce. Let red states have their own country and we can have ours. With one strict rule. No foreign aid to red states, ever.

Even the good parts of this bill have a dark side. No tax on tips benefits mainly high earners. No tax on overtime and tips both expire in 2028. Oh, and the standard deduction for seniors expires too. Why isn't this reported more? Tax cuts for billionaires are permanent.

Yes, I lived and worked in Miami for years. The radio is very pro republican. Which is why the move was made to acquire some stations. It caused a shit storm by conservatives who loved the propaganda on Radio Mambí.

MATA - Making America Thin Again. Fortunately obesity won't be a problem in future America. Sadly starvation will be. Historically this has been the outcome of authoritarian regimes. Some going so far as to export food as their own people died from starvation.

The unfortunate thing is, I don’t believe that any of this information is ever making it into the Latino community. Most of their media is right wing.

Great article but, the party appears to be a graduate of Garland U. They need to be beaten into submission. Demand, boycott, and stop all solicitation texts and emails. Midterms and the general should be in full motion. Candidates should be holding rallies all over America. Last, Primary everyone!

Old days was Chicago at its best. Prior to the unfortunate loss of Terry Kath in 1978. He was the soul of the group.

To schedule a meeting, start by finding their office contact information using websites like House.gov or Senate.gov. Then, contact the scheduler or appointment secretary to request a meeting, specifying your preferred date, time, and location, and the purpose of your visit.

Elon and his money do deserve credit. What I don’t think most people see is the wall of disinformation we are up against. I have five Baptist ministers in my family. The bullshit runs deep.

I think that they actually meant sundown relating to dementia. This is where the person may becomes intensely distressed, agitated and may have hallucinations or delusions. Generally starts in the late afternoon and can go all night.
